History
As cofounder and owner of one of the top 6 advertising agencies in Sacramento (1990-2011), I directed commercial art projects for hundreds of projects and grew my business to a staff of 19 for the past 21 years.  My responsibilities included development of creative briefs, presentation, concept and production. I was also a supporter of the local arts community; WL designed and donated the logo for the Sacramento Fine Arts Center and I served on its Board of Directors for two years.

Artist Statement
I am passionate about painting and the arts – contemplating art takes you away to another place. Art makes you think and wonder, think about other lifetimes, other people and cultures. Art makes you slow down, take a deep breath, appreciate life and others. While  entering and being accepted into a few juried shows, and finding success in the 20/20 show and my solo show, I am excited to devote 100% of my time to continue refinement of my style and knowledge.
